Foi divulgado levantamento do número de profissionais cadastrados com a CBO 2263-05, referente a profissão de musicoterapeuta, no CNES (Cadastro Nacional de Estabelecimentos em Saúde). As informações coletadas registram 327 cadastros e a presença da musicoterapia em 23 Estados brasileiros mais o Distrito Federal, em um total de 161 municípios. Os dados são referentes ao ano de 2020.
